4. Data Sources and Accuracy Disclaimer

Our Service aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including:

• Yahoo Finance (market data and technical indicators)
• Google Gemini AI (for analysis generation)
• Offical data providers like CMOTS in the future. (There is conversation anongoing with them.)

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• The reliability of third-party data sources

• Premium Plan: Maximum technical analysis limits
• Note: Fundamental analysis is unlimited for all plans

6.2 Payment

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

• Payments are processed immediately upon purchase
• No refunds will be provided for any reason
• Unused analysis credits do not roll over to the next month
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stock-Analyze and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

AI-generated analysis may incorporate information from various sources. We do not claim ownership of underlying financial data, which remains the property of respective data providers.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stock-Analyze and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Any investment decisions made based on our Service
